This is the sketch for ‘Scotsman’s Bay in Choppy waters’…on website wallpaper. I thought it would be interesting for my viewers to see my prelim work/sketches before a build-up to a painting. I remember this day like it was yesterday – freezing and biting wind in my face! However, it gave me great awareness and appreciation of my subject. I want to show you a deeper knowledge of me and my work ‘on-site’ soon: photos of me in the background with sketchbook or paint, site areas, and a written tour so to speak.
