Bullock Harbour Dalkey
Bullock Harbour, Dalkey, Co. Dublin. Done today in awful dreary conditions. The weather was wet and the humidity levels were bad, especially for the paint to dry. There was this really nice little fishing boat: “Northwestern 1 WD 263”.What attracted me to paint was the lovely signal red colour on the sides (starboard). The landscape colours overall were bleak and misty. There were lots of yachts/toppers in the backround, mostly kids out from the M.Y.C Dun Laoghaire sailing club. The sails stood out so vividly against the pearly grey sky….(probably not captured here..)
